Blue Rock Legacy Books
Stories that connect generations

Privacy & your data

How Blue Rock Legacy Books handles project, contributor, and communication information.

What we collect

Your email, the family names and Edition IDs you own, contributor names with one contact method each, the poems and files people send in, and project/order status. Focus-group participants are not charged, and no card or bank details are collected.

Who can see contributor contact details

Only Blue Rock and the owner of that project. Contributors never see each other's details, and no other family can see yours. There is no public directory of family books and no dropdown listing other customers' editions.

Private links

Contributor invitations use non-guessable tokens rather than accounts. Anyone with the link can submit to that one invitation, so treat it like a house key — send it directly, not in a group post.

Search engines

Project pages, invitation links, and submissions are excluded from indexing. Your family's book is not publicly searchable.

Children

Kids' poems are the heart of these books. We ask the purchasing adult to confirm a parent or guardian approved any contribution from a child under 13, and we don't collect contact details directly from children.

Text messages

Project owners receive SMS only after providing a mobile number and affirmatively opting in. Messages are limited to their active Blue Rock project, such as confirmations, contributor outreach reminders, and status updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
